The evening is yours at leisure. B Europe 2023 Day 06: Berlin, Warsaw Travel into Poland and arrive in Warsaw. This evening, you can dine at Marconi Restaurant within your hotel or at a Polish inn that features classic cuisine alongside live folk music (see page 130). BD Stay: Two Nights, Warsaw, Hotel Bristol Day 07: Warsaw Gain a glimpse into the effect war has had on the city of Warsaw and its people during a walking discovery today. Visit the site of the Jewish Ghetto then head to Lazienki Park, where you'll keep an eye out for the unique birdlife that surrounds tazienki Palace. Later, enjoy a musical celebration of locally born composer Frédéric Chopin during a private concert performance of some of his famous works. B Day 08: Warsaw, Auschwitz, Krakéw Today in Auschwitz, visit the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum for a tour revealing the sombre history of the concentration camp, as well as a walk through the grounds. Later, travel to Krakow, where you will have dinner. BD Stay: Two Nights, Sheraton Grand Krakow Hotel or similar. Day 09: Krakow Choose your included activity today. Perhaps take in the sights of Krakow on a walking exploration, or learn to make authentic Polish food with a local cook (see page 127).
