Despite scepticism from church officials and his divorced parents (Jacki Weaver and Mel Gibson), Stu pursues his vocation with courage and conviction. DRAMA Gerard Butler is back in action in this mystery-thriller in the tradition of The Vanishing and Breakdown. Butler plays an everyman desperately searching for his missing wife (Jaimie Alexander) after she disappears during a stop at a gas station. Taking the law into his own hands, he seeks answers among the criminal underbelly of a nearby rural town. Season seven shakes up the super-series' formula with a retro reboot of sorts. Stuck in 1925, the time-savvy heroes must learn to live in the past, sans technology, until they can find a way back to their present. This back to basics approach presents innumerable challenges for the Legends, as well as a more character-driven season that may be one of the best to date. This neo-noir revenge thriller from acclaimed director Walter Hill (The Warriors) boasts a top notch cast – Michelle Rodriguez, Sigourney Weaver, Tony Shalhoub and Anthony LaPaglia – and a high concept premise. A young girl with fearsome pyrokinetic powers fights to protect her family and herself from sinister forces that seek to capture and control her.
