Arrive in Casablanca and transfer to our hotel. On day 2 we visit the grand Hassan II Mosque before travelling to Rabat, where the afternoon is free to explore Morocco’s capital. Overnight - Casablanca (1), Rabat (1). Days 3&4 Onday 3 we explore the Roman ruins of Volubilis and continue to the Blue City of Chefchaouen. The next day sees us visiting Talassemtane National Park, Morocco’s last great fir forest and home to rare Barbary macaques. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the scenic national park. Afternoon at leisure in Chefchaouen. Overnight - Chefchaouen (2). Days 5&6 We travel to Fes and enjoy a tour of ancient Fes el Bali on day 5. The following day is free for your to independently explore Fes, There's also an optional tagine making class or night of Moroccan entertainment in the evening. Overnight - Fes (2). Day 9&10 Aftera sunrise camel trek back to Merzouga, we visit towering Todra Gorge and the Valley of Roses, famous for its pink hedgerows. Final stop is the giant Imidir silver mine in Tinghir. The following day we explore ancient Amridil Kasbah and the world’s largest film studio in Quarzazate. Overnight - Dades Gorge (1) Ouarzazate (1). Days 11-13 Explore the ancient fortified kasbah of Ait Benhaddou and Telouet Kasbah on day 11, then travel to Marrakech. We take in highlights including Djemaa el Fna square and Koutoubia Mosque on day 12 before our tour ends on day 13 (Friday) with an airport transfer.
