In the sections below, you can see examples of what policies and procedures may apply. In such cases (unless Hurtigruten determines that you have failed to comply with Hurtigruten’s COVID-19 policies and procedures or these terms and conditions) a guest who has been denied boarding because of a known or suspected infection with COVID-19 will be entitled to a future cruise credit (“FCC”) equal to the amount paid for the cruise.
