We'll stop in the city of Winchester to visit the Church of England's Winchester Cathedral before travelling along the English Channel coast and settling in Exeter. Day 5. Exeter - Falmouth We make our way to the coast of Cornwall today. Along the way we'll visit the Dartmoor Pony Heritage Trust and meet some of the local ponies, before venturing to the historic Buckland Abbey. Next, we stop at Healey's Cornish Cider Farm to tour the family-run farm and enjoy a tasting of the ciders and spirits they produce. Day 6. Cornwall Excursion * Visit the National Trust's Trelissick Garden, boasting extraordinary views over the riverine and a huge variety of plant species. Next we depart for the town of Marazion, famous for St Michael's Mount, a small tidal island in Mount's Bay. We'll then see the open-air Minack Theatre before visiting the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Botallack Mine. Our last stop today is St Ives, famous for its surf beaches and art scene. Day 7. Barnstaple - Bath We depart for Bath this morning enjoying a visit to the Valley of the Rocks before driving through the scenic landscapes of Exmoor National Park. Next, we venture to the town famous for its cheese, Cheddar, and stop at the Cheddar Cheese Visitor Centre. Liverpool “B he Explore Liverpool's famous sites on a Beatles tour, including a visit to the iconic museum, The Beatles Story. Enjoy free time this afternoon. Day 13. Liverpool - York “’B Travel to York today and enjoy a walking tour of the city to visit York Minster, see Cliffords Tower and explore the ancient alleys, ginnels, snickets and lanes known locally as shambles and snickelways. Day 14. York * Travel along the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, a heritage railway which runs through the North York Moors National Park from Pickering to Whitby.
