r Reception Each ship's reception area is staffed 24 hours a day as are all hotels used throughout our itineraries. Restaurants on Board - River Ships Concerto River Ships + Verde Fine Dining Restaurant. + Chef's Table Restaurant (tasting menu, dining in an intimate festaurant with an open kitchen). + River Bistro (serving cafe-style snacks prepared to order in the Main Lounge). - Sun Deck (lunch alfresco - subject to weather and river conditions). + Room Service Dining (see Butler, Laundry & Room Service). Shore Excursions Participation in shore excursions is at your discretion. If you would like to explore independently, your cruise director can make suggestions as to places to visit. You must make sure to return to the ship before it departs. Signature Experiences Signature Experiences are included for all guests on APT Collection holidays as indicated in itineraries. Smoking Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside any of our ships or coaches, including on balconies in your suite. Smoking is only permitted on the Sun Deck in a designated area. The same policy applies for electronic cigarettes. Swimming Pool/Whirlpool Concerto ships feature a swimming pool and swim-up bar. L'Austral also features a swimming pool. Live Fully tT Telephone All suites are equipped with a telephone. It can be used to call between suites as well as from ship to shore. As the telephone system functions via satellite there may be times, depending on routing, when the phones are out of range. Transfers Airport transfers are included on the first and last day of your holiday package. They must be pre-arranged at the time of booking and flight details need to be provided to confirm this service. Airport transfers are not included when pre or post accommodation is not booked with APT. Travel Insurance Travel insurance is not included in your holiday package. You are required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking that includes (without limitation) coverage for the cost of your holiday package, medical expenses, loss of luggage, cruise and land content and airfare charges that may occur due to cancellation, impossibility of performance or other frustration, disruption, loss of deposit or strikes, and provide a copy to us. w Wellness Centre Each ship's Wellness Centre boasts a range of cardiovascular equipment and most also have a sauna. Use of equipment is at the sole tisk of the user. The ship's Massage and Hair Salon provides hair styling and massages. Appointments can be made on board. Not available on the MV Lady Eleganza.
