After time here, depart for the Wadlata Outback Centre in Port Augusta. Discover how the region has evolved in the ‘Tunnel of Time’ and learn about fossils and the first people to settle here. BLD Stay: Port Augusta, Standpipe Golf Motor Inn. Day 03: Kimba, Ceduna Depart Port Augusta and travel to Kimba, known as the ‘halfway point across Australia’. Continue to Pildappa Rock for lunch, then journey to the coastal town of Ceduna. BLD Two Nights: Ceduna Foreshore Hotel Motel. Day 04: Bunda Cliffs, Scenic Flight, Great Bight Begin your day with a breathtaking flight over Fowlers Bay, Head of Bight and the Bunda Cliffs. BLD Day 05: Ceduna, Streaky Bay Take a tour of the Ceduna Arts and Culture Centre, a working environment and facilities for the creation of Indigenous art. Depart Ceduna and head to Point Labatt, where you may be able to spot some sea lions. Take a short drive around Point Westall before settling into the historic Streaky Bay Hotel for an overnight stay. BLD Stay: Streaky Bay Hotel. Day 06: Ellison, Coffin Bay, Port Lincoln Along the journey you'll experience beautiful Coffin Bay coastal and township views, plus learn the history of oyster farming and visit the first ever oyster lease in Coffin Bay. You'll witness pods of dolphins playing in the water alongside the boat as they follow us on our journey to the oyster farm (sightings cannot be guaranteed but are highly likely).
