BD Day 03: Toronto, Niagara Falls Stop in at Niagara-on-the-Lake, and then head for Niagara Falls. Cruise to the base of the falls. At dinner, overlook the spectacle before an exclusive visit to the Illumination Tower where you Can project your very own light display on the falls. BLD: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner Day 04: Niagara Falls, Ottawa Today, travel along the Thousand Islands Parkway, stopping to cruise through the beautiful Thousand Islands. By the late afternoon you'll arrive in Ottawa, where dinner has been arranged this evening. BD Two Nights: Ottawa, Fairmont Chateau Laurier. Day O5: Ottawa Start with a guided tour, pausing at Parliament Hill among other sites. Afterwards, it’s your choice. Maybe a flight in a vintage open-cockpit biplane is your style? Or would you prefer to visit the Canadian War Museum? Maybe you'll discover the Canadian Museum of History, or enjoy a guided bicycle exploration (see page 91). B Day 06: Ottawa, Mont Tremblant Today you're on high alert for deer and black bears at Parc Omega. Continue to Mont Tremblant for a gondola ride. B Stay: Mont Tremblant, Fairmont Tremblant. Day 07: Mont Tremblant, Québec City Today, head for Ile d'Orléans. Nicknamed the ‘Garden of Québec’, this sleepy island is a food lover's paradise. Visit a sugar shack and learn how maple syrup is made, followed by lunch. Later, continue to Québec City and set out on a guided tour. BL Canada & Alaska 2023 Two Nights: Québec City, Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac, in a Deluxe ‘Old Québec’ View Room. Day 08: Québec City Explore Québec City on whichever sightseeing experience you prefer. Maybe you'd like to see the sights by foot. Otherwise, a cruise on the St Lawrence River or food tour are on offer (see page 91). BD Day 09: Québec City, Montréal A guided tour takes you to the Notre-Dame Basilica, Old Montréal and Mount Royal. B Two Nights: Montréal, Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth. Day 10: Montréal Take a walking tour of Old Montréal, meet a local Montréaler, choose a food tour or explore of one of the world’s largest underground complexes (see page 91). This evening, it’s dinner with a Québecois flavour. BD Day 11: Montréal, Embark Ship Board your Canada New England cruise. BD Seven Nights: Holland America Line's Zaandam or Zuiderdam.
