There are around 50 tigers living amongst the park's undulating landscapes, as well as leopards, nilgai, sloth bears, wild boar, hyena and over 300 species of bird. Departing Ranthambore, travel by road to Jaipur, the ‘Pink City’. On arrival, the rest of the day is free to spend at leisure. The day begins with a photo stop at the Hawa Mahal, the ‘Palace of the Winds’. Next, travel out of the city to admire the majestic Amber Fort, the colossal 16th- century yellow and pink sandstone fort just 11 kilometres out of Jaipur. Back in the city, explore the lavish Maharaja's City Palace and the fascinating instruments of Jantar Mantar. Heading deep into the backstreets of the old town, try your hand at traditional artistries at a block printing and carpet weaving workshop. Leaving the Pink City, we return by road to Delhi. On arrival, the rest of the day is free to spend as you wish. This evening, the group will sit down together for the last time at a farewell dinner - the perfect time to reflect on recent adventures.
