After lunch, journey north to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park in Uganda. Stay two nights at Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge. (LD) DAY 2 - BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST After breakfast, transfer to the park gate for a briefing before the trekking begins Once the gorillas are located, the group will be allowed a maximum of one hour with them. (BLD) DAY 3 - BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST After a briefing, the early morning trek takes you into the dense rainforest led by experienced trackers in search of the mountain gorillas. After spending an unforgettable hour observing the gorillas you will return to the lodge for late lunch and an afternoon at leisure. (BLD) DAY 4 ~ BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST Today there is the opportunity to enjoy a walk to explore the local area. (BLD) CALL US ON 1300 AFRICA (237 422) DAY 5 — QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK Drive to Ishasha in the southern part of the QENP. Enjoy a game drive in the park looking for buffalo, elephant and of course the famous tree-climbing lions typically found in the area. Overnight at Ishasha Wilderness Camp. (BLD) DAY 6 — 7 - QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK Continue into the Park and spend two nights at Mweya Safari Lodge, located on a peninsula surrounded by the magical Rwenzori Mountains, described as the ‘Mountains of the Moon’. (BLD) DAY 8 - KIBALE FOREST Today drive to Kibale Forest, stopping briefly at the equator. Afternoon at leisure. Spend two nights at Primate Lodge. (BLD) DAY 9 - KIBALE FOREST Today take a chimpanzee trek in the Kibale Forest. With the help of your guide you should be lucky enough to see the chimps during your trek. (BLD) DAY 10 - ENTEBBE Today drive back to Entebbe with a stop at the markets in Kampala and end of safari.
