Located in the Main Base Building is Base Cafe, The Mezz, & Base Bar. The Captain's Pizzeria is found in Captain's Basin; you can ski there on- piste from the Main Basin, Ski in from Skyline Ridge to Noodle Bar, located at Snow Sports HQ; & enjoy amazing views from Vista Bar at the top of McDougal’: Chondola. Little Meg Cafe is at the bottom of the Valley View Quad & finally, The Lounge is in the Base Area, near the Archway. KIDS’ FACILITIES Cardrona has one of the most comprehensive, fully licensed early-childhood centres out of any New Zealand mountain resort. Kids get ‘on snow younger, with the Nursery catering for children as young as 3 months, & Ski Kindy can start teaching kids to ski from the age of 2! Kids’ private ski lessons are also on offer for all confident walkers, with the team of specialised, qualified kids’ instructors — no age limits apply.
