Every year | say to myself ll travel More’ and I never do! This year I've already booked a number of trips well in advance. This year I'm trying to live a little more — and to say no if it doesn't work for me. | tend to say yes to everything until 'm exhausted. I'm hoping 2023 will be the year where 'm finally a little more choosy with my time. ‘What topics are you looking forward to covering on the show this year? | love getting out and meeting people. | just turned 40, and being a mum with two young daughters Im especially interested in women's health. The more awareness ‘we can raise about female health issues, the better. Sarah Davidson ‘What goal would you like to achieve this year? We would really like to start a family in 2023. Of course, | absolutely appreciate that it might not happen smoothly or quickly; but at least we hope to start properly trying, which is so exciting (and a little scary) In past years, most of my big goals and dreams have been work related. But during 2022, | definitely noticed myself getting luckier and starting to year for that new chapter of our life. Your life motto? To start therapy 20 years ago.| didn't really know what it would involve or how td change because of it | just knew | wanted to understand better how | was feeling, and what to do when those feelings were anxious or sad. Since then I've learned so much about myself, my responses to the ‘world, and how to help myself when the struggles of life get a bit overwhelming Luke Hines How will you took after your wellbeing in 2023? Ill strive to find that balance between the meals, mindset and moves. So I'l cook nutrient dense delicious meals, cultivate a positive mindset and move my body daily in a way that feels good. ‘What goal would you like to achieve this year? A healthier balance between work and home life, With all the tech devices around us these days, we are often contactable all of the time: So no work calls when walking the dogs or checking socials ifam out on a hike — just making sure Ido each activity mindfully, the way itis supposed to be enjoyed.
