Every year | say to myself ll travel Moreâ and I never do! This year I've already booked a number of trips well in advance. This year I'm trying to live a little more â and to say no if it doesn't work for me. | tend to say yes to everything until 'm exhausted. Having just come out of the year where my dearest friends and | all turned 50, it was such a joy to celebrate each other regularly, so | don't want to lose that. To start therapy 20 years ago.| didn't really know what it would involve or how td change because of it | just knew | wanted to understand better how | was feeling, and what to do when those feelings were anxious or sad.
