Milan - Lake Maggiore “BD Discover the glamorous city of Milan today on a sightseeing tour. We'll admire the intricate Duomo, Sforzesco Castle and visit the Vittorio Emanuele Gallery. Next we travel to Lago Maggiore in the beautiful Lake District. Tonight we'll enjoy a group welcome dinner. Day 4. Lake Maggiore *B Spend a perfect day discovering this stunning location. Visit the islands and enjoy the views looking out over the brilliant blue lake, dotted with tiny, flower-filled islets. Day 5. Lake Maggiore - Lake Como - Lake Maggiore Today we discover the spectacular Lake Como and explore the many sights on a walking tour of this town. We then enjoy a cruise on the lake to Bellagio where we have some free time to explore this amazing city. Our visit will end travelling back via speed boat before returning to Lake Maggiore. Day 6. Lake Maggiore - Bologna “B On our way to Bologna we stop in the town of Parma, the birthplace of parmesan cheese and prosciutto. We'll enjoy a tasting anda sightseeing tour before continuing to Modena where we will taste some of the balsamic vinegar for which the area is famous. Day 7. Bologna “BL Characterised by its red-brick palazzi and lengthy porticos, the city of Bologna is also famous for its cuisine. We'll discover the sights, and tastes, on a walking food tour. Enjoy a visit to the Gelato Museum dedicated to the history of artisan gelato, with tastings of course! Day 8. Bologna - Venice Today we make our way to ever-romantic Venice, stopping along the way in the medieval city of Ferrara, one of Italy's hidden treasures best known for its Renaissance buildings. Day 9. Venice “B Aplace like no other, a day exploring Venice will leave lasting memories. Today we revel in the sights and sounds of this floating city with a walking tour of the major highlights, including the famous Basilica of San Marco, St Mark's Square, the Bridge of Sighs, Doge's Palace and the Bell Tower. Day 10. Venice - Dolomites Enjoy the views as we make our way to the. Dolomites in the northern Italian Alps. On the way we'll pass through the valley of the River Boite and the stunning Ampezzo Valley. Day 11. Dolomites @ “B Today we explore the breathtaking Dolomite: The Dolomite mountains developed into what they are today thanks to geological activity from over 230 million years ago. * We'll make our way up the mountains to the open-air Museum of the 5 Torri, which bears the scars of WWI battles fought between the Italians and Austro- Hungarians. Dolomites - Lake Bled 4B We cross the border this morning and make “B “B our way into the heart of the Slovenian Alps to the town of Bled. Day 13. Lake Bled “B We'll discover charming Bled on a sightseeing tour this morning. We'll travel to the lake valley of Bohinj, taking us through some very old Slovenian villages with gorgeous landscapes. Visit a local cheese producer, learning about the life of herdsmen in an authentic environment and tasting the delicious cheeses. We'll then take the cable car up Mt Vogel to enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views. Day 14. Lake Bled - Postojna - Ljubljana - Lake Bled Today we explore the incredible Postojna Caves, with more than 20 kilometres of passages, galleries and chambers. We'll also stop in the leafy capital of Ljubljana for a sightseeing tour. Day 15. Lake Bled - Zagreb - Plitvice Lakes National Park This morning we cross the border and stop in Zagreb, the Croatian capital, and take a sightseeing tour of this fascinating city. After lunch, we travel to stunning Plitvice Lakes National Park. '7 Plitvice we'll be staying right in the National Park, only 400 metres from the highest waterfall. Day 16. Plitcive Lakes @ This morning we explore the spectacular lower lake section on a guided walking tour that will showcase its magnificent turquoise lakes, waterfalls and cascades. These 16 terraced lakes are renowned for their distinctive colours, ranging from azure greens to steely greys and blues. Day 17. Plitvice Lakes - Split 4@ Embark Cruise: After breakfast, we transfer to the port of Split to board our yacht for a cruise along the Dalmatian coast. Tonight enjoy a welcome dinner on board the ship. Day 18. Cruising: Split - Trogir Today we'll take a city tour of Split, where we walk through Diocletian's Palace before sailing to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed town of Trogir where we'll discover this historic city centre on a walking tour. This evening is at leisure for you to explore. Day 19. Cruising: Trogir - Bol - Vis “BL This morning we anchor in Bol, said to have the best beach in Croatia - the Golden Horn We continue sailing to our final port for the day, Vis, a bohemian paradise which is the furthest island from the coast, and the most enigmatic! Day 20. Cruising: Vis - Bisevo Blue Cave - Hvar We set sail for the beautiful island of BiSevo to explore its famous waterlogged sea cave with a striking blue glow that is simply awe- inspiring! In Hvar we'll enjoy a sightseeing tour, introducing us to this millennia-old city. This evening is at leisure for you to experience nightlife and explore the local restaurants here. Day 21. Cruising: Hvar - Koréula We set sail for Kordula today, stopping for lunch and a swim on the way. We arrive in the early afternoon and enjoy a walking tour of its character-filled cobbled streets, Day 22. Cruising: Koréula - Mljet - Sipanska Luka We sail to the lovely island of Mljet this *%B “BD “BD ~BL BL BL “BLD morning, supposed favourite holiday spot of the Greek hero Ulysses, and enjoy free time to explore the Great and Small Lakes in, the beautiful national park. Cruising: Sipanska Luka - Dubrovnik We sail past the Elaphiti islands as we make our way into Dubrovnik, the ‘Pearl of the Adriatic’. We'll enjoy lunch before disembarking for a walking tour of the Old Town. Day 24. Depart Dubrovnik We disembark the cruise this morning, marking the end of our adventure through some of the most stunning parts of Europe We hope you leave with fantastic memories! Day 25.
