We also meet rescued baby elephants at the Daphne Sheldrick Centre and visit the Karen Blixen Museum, where we enjoy lunch. Leaving Nairobi, we head to the soda ash Lake Elementaita, in the Great Rift Valley. The lake is home to flamingos and more than 400 other species of bird.
