How to book & pay Booking your cruise couldn't be easier! Once you've selected your Princess Cruises® holiday, simply contact your local Travel Agent or visit princess.com. Cruise details When making a booking we ask for the ship name, departure port and departure date. These are shown in the price panel on the itinerary pages. 2. Stateroom details We need to know what category of stateroom you have chosen and how many guests will be occupying the stateroom. There isa choice of single, twin, triple or quadruple occupancy. For further details please view the deck plans in our brochure or on our website. 3. Guest details We require the full name including title, first name, middle name, surname and gender for each guest as it appears on their passport. Details from other Government issued photo identification can be provided for Australian residents travelling on any cruise that does not visit a foreign port. See passage contract for more information. 4. Date of birth A date of birth for each guest is required at the time of booking 5. Address and contact details We require each guest's full residential mailing address (including postcode) and contact telephone number at the time of booking. We will also ask for an email address and mobile phone number to ensure you receive important and timely information regarding your cruise. 6. Air, hotel and transfer details or requirements If you're flying to embark your cruise, we need to know which airport you're flying from. You can also take advantage of our air, hotel and transfer packages (full flight details are required to book a pre or post airport transfer); simply ask our Cruise Contact Centre when you call to make your booking. 7. Medical, dietary and mobility requirements We want to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable cruise holiday. Please advise us at the time of booking if you have any condition that requires medical attention, medication or special treatment, including pregnancy. We will then send you a Fact Sheet and Questionnaire for you to review, complete and return to our specialist Medical Department. By providing this information we may be able to offer advice or specialised equipment that may assist you If you are not fully mobile and use mobility aids (whether permanently or periodically), please also let us know at time of booking and we will provide a mobility fact sheet. Guests that need assistance should always be accompanied by a carer to help with day to day activities as our crew and medical staff are unable to act as personal carers 8. Celebrations If you are celebrating a honeymoon, anniversary, birthday or special occasion, please ensure you let us know at the time of booking. Group services We offer a number of onboard services on selected sailings to suit groups who are travelling together. Services on offer include meeting areas, audio/visual equipment, cocktail parties, group photos and cakes. Passage Contract Please ensure you read the ‘Passage Contract’. When you first make a payment towards your cruise holiday, you accept our Passage Contract on behalf of all guests on the booking(s). Finalising your booking + When you're happy with the accommodation offered and the fare quoted, you will be given a booking reference number. Access the ‘MedallionClass App’ to check all details on your booking are correct. If an email address wasn't provided at time of booking, you will need to enter an email address, as well as your emergency contact and passport details. We strongly recommend you purchase appropriate international travel insurance at the time you pay your deposit. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will not be able to claim for any cancellation charges, medical costs, repatriation and other expenses that may arise if things do not go according to plan. How to pay Here are the options for you to pay for your cruise holiday: + Credit Card / Debit Card - we accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Diners (for credit card transactions a 1.1% service fee applies to Visa and MasterCard and a 2.75% service fee applies to AMEX and Diners. Al% surcharge applies to PayPal payments. Surcharges are subject to change and will be advised before final payment). There is no service fee for debit card transactions. + PayPal: Select PayPal as your payment method when booking online.
