DAY 16: Helsinki Leave the Finnish wilderness behind and head into Helsinki, Finland's capital, fora half-day city tour. DAY 17: Tallinn A full day excursion to the medieval town of Tallinn in Estonia awaits. Take the ferry followed by a combined bus and walking tour of the city.
