This provides details of Kincrome's Exclusive KINCROME® Lifetime Guarantee and the 12-Month Warranty. CONSUMER GUARANTEES This warranty is in addition to your consumer guarantees. For products sold in Australia, this warranty is subject to the Competition and ‘Consumer Act 2010. For products sold in New Zealand, this warranty is subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Our products and goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and the consumer laws in New Zealand. The consumer is entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The consumer is also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if the product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. KINCROME EXPRESS WARRANTIES Kincrome Australia Pty Ltd ACN 007 185 006 (kincrome) of 3 Lakeview Drive, Caribbean Park, Scoresby, Victoria (Telephone number 1300 657 528) provides a range of express warranty periods for its products including, but not limited to, the following: + for ‘KINCROME® Professional Quality Tools’, the Exclusive KINCROME® Lifetime Guarantee; and + for ‘KINCROME® Equipment! and ‘SUPATOOL Air’ products, the KINCROME® 12-Month Warranty; + for KINCROME AIR™ products you can make a claim under express warranty for the replacement or repair of products which have faulty workmanship or materials for 2 YEARS from the date of purchase. (kincrome Air Compressors are covered under the 12 Month Warranty) (Kincrome Express Warranties). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The benefits provided to the consumer in this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of a consumer under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law), the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and any other laws in relation to the products to which this warranty relates. This warranty covers the product against faulty materials or workmanship; and covers the replacement of parts, the repair labour used, a refund of the price of the product or other compensation for the remainder of the warranty period. KINCROME® Express Warranty is only applicable to purchases from KINCROME® Authorised Retailers. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and ‘compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Original purchasers who continue to own products sold and marketed under the "KINCROME® Professional Quality Tools’ range also have an express guarantee from KINCROME® for the lifetime of the product against faulty or defective workmanship or materials. Under the Exclusive KINCROME® Lifetime Guarantee, if you are the original purchaser of a new KINCROME Professional Quality Tools® product in Australia then, for as long as you own the KINCROME® Professional Quality Tools product, if you wish to make a claim under Exclusive KINCROME® Lifetime Guarantee, KINCROME you may return the goods freight prepaid in accordance with the Warranty Claim Procedure below. If you return such a product which has a problem caused by defective or faulty workmanship or materials in accordance with the terms of the KINCROME® Lifetime Guarantee, Kincrome will, at its discretion, + Repair; which could be replaced by refurbished products of the same type rather than being repaired or refurbished parts may be used to repair the product + Replace; a replacement of the products, or the supply of an equivalent product.” + Refund; a refund of the price of the product or other compensation for the remainder of the warranty period. Before returning items please consider the matters set out below. The Exclusive KINCROME® Lifetime Guarantee is subject to the terms set out below. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS Each KINCROME® Product is designed and manufactured for a specific purpose. KINCROME® Express Warranties do not cover products that have been used for purposes other than for its intended use, or that is misused, abused or subjected to normal wear and tear, or products which have not been correctly maintained. KINCROME® Express Warranties also do not apply to the following products: + Sockets and accessories used on impact guns (not including impact sockets and accessories) + Screwdrivers not used for their intended purpose. For example as chisels or tyre levers + Ratchets that have been affected by normal wear and tear or that have been dented, grooved and broken (Repair Kits available separately) + Circlip Plier Tips + Extension Bars and Flex Handles that have had pipe applied for extra leverage or have been struck with a hammer + Storage (except where specified) + Taps and Dies + Hex / TORX®* / Tamperproof TORX®* Keys & Sets + Power Di ing Bits and Impact Driver Bits + Hammers and Striking implements including Cold Chisels & Punches + Screw and Bolt Extractors + Drill Bits + Hex / TORX®* / Tamperproof TORX®* Bits + Consumable products (including but not exclusive to: knife blades, hacksaw blades, drill bits, augers, grinding wheels, tyres, vacuum bags, nozzles, globes, LED's, batteries, fittings, springs, blades, chucks, arbors, chisels, pads / discs, stones, needles, retaining rings, jaws or any other such attachments) + Serviceable parts (including but not exclusive to: bearings, seals, filters, spark plugs, globes, belts, batteries, fluids, fittings, springs) + Castor wheels / Creeper wheels + Bolt Cutter Jaws + Electrical, Petrol, Hydraulic and Pneumatic products + Vacuum cleaners when used as a water transfer device, when used to vacuum, abrasive materials such as cements, fine sands/particulates or when continually used without regularly maintaining/cleaning the provided filters KINCROME® Express Warranties also do not cover damage to or loss of items stored in any Kincrome storage boxes (such as tool boxes or vehicle storage boxes).
