To ensure all passengers have the opportunity to enjoy sitting at the front of the coach, we have implemented a daily seat rotation system. This system is not able to be adjusted to suit individual needs. All dietary requests will be taken into consideration and fulfilled where possible. The wide selection of menus and choice of dishes available will help in meeting special dietary requests. Please advise your booking agent as soon as possible of any dietary requests. HOW OFTEN DOES THE COACH STOP FOR REST BREAKS? This depends on what is planned each day. The coach will make regular stops for morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, touring and photo stops. Your tour director can advise specific timings on tour. WILL | NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE? Travel insurance must be arranged prior to departure to ensure that you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise on tour (including cancellations, fees, medical and curtailment expenses, loss of luggage etc). IF MY FLIGHT ARRIVES IN LATER THAN THE SUGGESTED TIME, WILL | MISS ANY TOURING? This will be dependent on the tour you are booked on. We have carefully considered our touring on the first day to ensure we cater for flight arrivals. If the flight does not arrive in time for this then any applicable touring will be forfeited and no refund provided. HOW MUCH LUGGAGE CAN | BRING? We have a limit of one piece of luggage with a weight of no more than 20 kilograms per person with sizing regulations. OHS regulations apply to the lifting of overweight items.
