Cancellations 46 days or more before the outbound flight date or cruise departure (whichever is earlier) are permitted with full refund. Cancellations 45 days or less in advance are non-refundable. Should independently booked flights be delayed on the day of embarkation by more than the time listed in our guidelines, no guarantee or refund of the transfer can be offered. PAYMENTS FOR CRUISEAIR AND TRANSFERS Payment for Restricted Air is required at time of booking. If you book Flexible Air, or transfers, after the final payment date of your cruise, you will be required to pay at the time of booking by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Subject to the terms and conditions of your Future Cruise Credit, payments for Flexible Air (not Restricted Air), and payments for transfers, may be made using Future Cruise Credit when the payment is made before your cruise booking final payment is due. Aservice fee of 1.1% for Visa and Mastercard, and 2.75% for American Express, will be applied to credit card payments, per transaction. There is no service fee for Visa debit, Mastercard debit, or prepaid/travel Visa & Mastercard products that are issued by a financial institution in Australia or New Zealand. The total amount payable for your booking, including any applicable surcharges will be advised ‘to you before you proceed with payment.
